I tried also to uninstall previous version but i was getting a lot of problem on recognizing driver and video card so i did a system configuration recovery in order to restore previous state.
Driver version still 3.0.0.64 and in the setup wizard it say: installing version 3.0.0.64.
I installed these driver a lot of time the first time i install this overwriting previous version (3.0.0.64) but nothing changed. Royal BNA Driver – Source Engine 2011 Fixer 1.2 Source Code Time.
